Meet our friends, Dr. and Mrs. Tom Magruder!

Dr. Tom ("Doc") Magruder and his wife, Virginia have been our customers, and our friends, since the day we first opened our doors to the public in March of 1977. Owner Loren Koch first met Dr. Magruder when he was referred to him by a family member. Describing their first meeting, Dr. Magruder recalled complaining to Koch that virtually no decent steakhouses existed in west Omaha (not knowing anything about Mr. Koch). Koch instantly flashed a freshly printed business card and claimed that Doc and Virginia would no longer have to search for a top notch steakhouse in their neighborhood.

The rest, as they say, is history.

We are proud to call Doc, Virginia, their family and friends, our friends as well.
