Thirty-one years ago, Brother Sebastian's Steakhouse and Winery was the first Nebraska  restaurant to offer a quality selection of wine choices by the glass as well as the bottle.

Today, we boast 24 fine wines by the glass (not including specials), and over 160 bottle selections from around the world.
